ERC has a pending application with the Tourism Development Authority for 14 million square meters in the pristine and virgin area of Bernice, some 200 kilometers south of Sahl Hasheesh, on the Red Sea.  In addition, ERC and Rowad Tourism Company (ERC’s largest shareholder) are discussing potential cooperation on a 4 million square meter development in Dahab in the Sinai peninsula.
