ERC is creating and selling pre-packed land parcels of different sizes to value-adding developers who will construct hotels, residential apartments, villas, golf courses, and other leisure and real estate properties. These developers will help us to fulfil our goal of creating international-standard mega communities; land sales will provide the finances to fund our own projects. To date, we have 634,537 sqm of unsold land remaining, and we have built up an area of 2,586,343 sqm to 2.5 floors.

Office Space
In late 2016, we partnered with entrepreneurial platform RiseUp and architectural firm KarmBuild to develop the first startup on the Red Sea. We will bid a technology and startup cluster featuring office spaces, co-working spaces, meet-up areas, conference and lecture halls, workshop and educational facilities, retail and entertainment venues, and a residential area with wholly-integrated public and green spaces. The development, which will run partially on a 5.5 MW solar station, is a unique and innovative evolution of our plan to develop fully-integrated communities in Sahl Hasheesh.
